Not to be a jerk, but what's the difference betwixt this and Shawn Faucer's version?

Switched from X:/PortableApps/CommonFiles/Perl to X:/PortableApps/PerlPortable/App/Perl for the actuall Perl binaries. and, updated the version of Perl, but forgot to fix the version. Other than that, mostly the same thing. (And it has a yummier icon now
)
Edit: It has been updated to the latest PA.c installer too

It doesn't seem to install any of the binaries. I can't run ppm or cpan. It doesn't seem to install what used to be CommonFiles. It'd be great resource though, thanks!
Well, CommonFiles is not being used in this version. As for the binaries, well... erm, I sorta forgot to include the Perl binaries in this version... so, I'll fix that and have it out ASAP. Sorry!
