Linux Launcher 1.0.6 Development Test 4

Well, I know that Linux Launcher is already on the forum, but I've added some functions to this software, and, most important, the PortableApps Platform integration.

Application: Linux Launcher
Category: Utilities
Description: Linux emulator for Windows, with a big choice os OSes, and management interface.
Download Linux Launcher 1.0.6 Beta Portable Development Test 4 [7.65MB download / 14.1MB installed]
(MD5: eeb3a386ea95699e1f397ebb1f47dfe7)

Release Notes:

Development Test 4 (2009-09-21): New release :

  • Minor enhancements

Development Test 3 (2009-09-19): New release :

  • Upgraded to version 1.0.6
  • Major bugs fixed, now the menu works really, and the Command Line too (thanks to ottosykora for tracking it)
  • Minor enhancements

Development Test 2 (2009-09-11): New release :

  • Upgraded to version 1.0.5, now the software is in English
  • New downloaders, and splash image added
  • Minor enhancements

Development Test 1 (2009-08-31): Initial release, based on the work which could be found here.

Edit :
Now this project is on Google Code, and on Sourceforge.net :
Static and portable versions are available in English and Spanish.

I'm interested

I am interested in this however much of the text in the command prompt is not in English so can't use it as it is. Looking forward to a fully translated version. Also icons are missing.

not much does work

on this one so far.
Downloaded it, but did not manage to run it properly. The original version does work on my side however.

The exe files do not produce on my side more then the splash. I managed to use the download files to fetch a distro OK.
But when trying to run one of them I came to point it says linux running and then the cmd windows closes by itself, thats it.

so something is missing here.
Using w2k.

Don't understand =s

I tested my apps on many PC's, and the icons were present, on the tray.
Seriously, I don't understand WTF is.
If someone have an idea, please share Smile

Think not.

Autohotkey is a language for every Windows OS, as they say on the website.

treid now on xp

the two exi files launcher and downloader run, but it does not seem they do something (just remain in the process list)

The run of the individual bat files (for example the one for the kolibri) will start and run kolibtin in the qemu.
On both systems, w2k and xp the kemu accelerator is present.

The original from duhwopi did work on both so this is just my quick finding so far.
