BUGs splash screen doesn't work and creates 4 files in its directory and help is not written right

I dont have any splash image. I am really NOGOOD at picture managing.
you shouldn't have to. You need to use the development test splash screen.

Use the below link for the splash screen. And copy the splash screen code from any of the official released apps.
