Normally one dosen't post broken code. It worked for me, it should work for you.
is this the launcher? or does the installer install the game as well as the launcher? I think you should specify in your post.
Based on the title it is just the launcher.
Also based on the download size:
[428 KB download / ~11.5 GB installed...
The download size is in fact 419 KB for me.
And the rare "Live" installers usually point that out, so I'm sure it's not a live installer.
