Could your please provide us with more information.
What is yousendit? What does it do?
Why would it be cool to have it as a portable app
What kind of license does it have ?
Could you please provide us with a link to the apps site if it has one.
Thank you,
and again, welcome to PortableApps.com

Things have got to get better, they can't get worse, or can they?
Yousendit is a file transfer program that allows you to send large files without using an FTP site. It is very handy for sending media files which tend to be too big for most emails, and the yousendit express program allows you to keep a contact list for easy transfers.
In fact, YouSendIt Express can be downloaded and installed "as is" on your PortablaApps drive. It will take up less than 6M on your drive, and works like a dream. I suggest you save it into a temporary separate folder, where you unpack it. It will then create a folder named "Express" which you move into the Apps folder, throw away the installer and temporary folder, and reboot. This will make the YouSendIt icon open properly. You will need an account to use YouSendIt, but I assume you have that already. Good luck!
