In the portableapps' page says that the installer is about 41Mb but when I try to download it, it's only 22.7Mb
This causes that this game cannot be installed
Please can the development team can check this.

I can download the file with no troubles, with the correct filesize being reported.

Assuming your using firefox (portable)
Are you using FireDownload or something that really speeds up downloading? Disable the addon and retry the download. Sourceforge doesn't work all the time with that.
The problem was the mirror I used, it was the one from Brazil, I change it for the one in US and the download was OK
