It's not even out yet.

It's a startup company with a closed beta web app. Most of the information on their website is media relations.

They may have a binary app in the works, but it is unlikely that enough people know about this, let alone use it, for there to be people wanting a portable version.

Yes...

and currently for Sprint customers. I read an article that said they want to monetize texting in a way that email and IM cannot be. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Please make portable app

Can we please make this into a portable app? They do have a web application but there is a desktop version that is nice to fire up on the go with my username/password already entered. Anyone willing to do something about this now?

Look in the "Downloads" dropdown and "Windows" to find the install file.
