Hi to all.
I have a problem where firefoxportable is creating a directory in [user]\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox and does not delete it when closed. I am using the latest firefoxportable. I can see the \mozilla\firefox directory structure under [user]\application data\ and it seems to be where all the extensions are used and is deleted when the apps is closed.
Do you all think I have an extension that is creating this directory under "[user]\local settings\application data\mozilla\firefox?"
Should it be creating this directory under both:
[user]\application data\mozilla\firefox
[user]\local settings\application data\mozilla\firefox and not deleting this one?
Thanks for any time spent helping me with this issue,
James
UPDATE: After a little testing. By disabling all add-ons, then enabling one by one at the same time checking for creation of directory "[user]\local settings\application data\mozilla\firefox" the extention "FEBE 6.3.2" is the little bugger.
This is my favorite extension. I use it to update my desktop profile that runs on a RAMDrive. How do I handle this. Should the developer make this extension use the [user]\application data\mozilla\firefox directory structure? Then it would be deleted when portablefirefox be shutdown? Is this correct? I would like to know before I find the developer's forum.
Thanks,
James
Please advise whether this is correct or not so I can edit it if it's not.
