I was Just wondering if you guys could package an IRC client such as Xchat or IceChat as a portable app??

X-Chat (or XChat) is dead as far as Windows is concerned.

I recommend KVIrc Portable for IRC.

if you have firefox...

...search for a addon called "chatzilla". a free addon IRC client!
