Nokia PC Suite requires specific cable drivers for usb and bluetooth to access the phones memory. The software drivers themselves are not portable (i.e. they must be installed to Windows) before the Nokia PC suite wil work.
Although without PC suite installed you can't access your phones memory under windows, you can however access the MicroSD card under windows, since this will show up as a removeable drive (check My Computer under XP). If you want to sync files from computer to micro sd card in your phone, your going to have to look at another piece of syncing software that can do the job.
That is totally impossible to do.
