.net framework

i was wondering if someone could point me to a portable open source version of the .net framework? Several computers including my home computer don't have it and i cannot install it on them. One because of admin rights at school, and 2 because of no internet at home. I get done with the work i try to do and have free time to do otherstuff until the end of the period. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thx.

Is it portable? Doubt it, but that's all you have to pick from.

See i had created that but

See i had created that but didn't think it would work from previous searches in both this site and # develop's site. So i did not think it would work. I will see if it works for my self.

Another reason for my asking

Another reason for my asking is because i am trying to make a webrowser. Which i think the name is going to be snowfire. But i can't work on it in some places like my home computer because of no internet because the router is in a different room, and i don't have and can't make a cable to do so. So i had to see if there was a way to do this. Because i know somewhere and somehow someone has done it. If you can think it most likely someone has done it am i right?

Web Browser & .NET

Is there any particular reason why you're using .NET? If not, there's also QT (with a really cool UI builder that I wish I had the time to test), wxWidgets (which is what the Toucan program here uses). This Wikipedia article may also be of use. I'm pretty sure that most of them have offline installers...
Good luck.
