When I follow and download flash from portableapps website, it only has a link to an OLD flash for firefox.
Where can I download the LATEST version Flash for portableapps?
This link only has a link to an OLD flash:

The Flash in that file is an OLD flash, not the very latest.
Any help please?

Uh... didn't you read Tim Clark's Flash guide?
Just do it on the latest version of flash instead.
Install the lastest version of Flash in your local computer and copy the files "NPSWF32.dll", "NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe" and "flashplayer.xpt" of folder "C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\" to "\FirefoxPortable\Data\plugins\"
