We know that it's been released. The PNotes developer is involved somewhat with the community here, and so leading up to this release, we knew. Please don't post posts like this, we tend to find out earlier by other means.

I've been using Pnotes portable for a long time now (thanks for continuing to put your time into packaging this great app), and the splash screen continues to show up even though I've disabled it in the ini file.
Please can this be looked at, it's the only splash screen I get when starting windows and it drives me crazy every time.
