Any chance somebody could package the Grapevine utility into a portable format?
It is open source as defined by PA.C, as I believe. The source can be found here:

as the program doesn't run on my computer, I won't even try to make it portable, sorry.
It uses ocx files which I don't have...
It won't run on your computer because the link he gave leads to the program's source code.
