No GPL and/or license so probably freeware of some type. However I would say the app is worth porting as there needs to be more classroom applicable applications that can encourage schools to utilise Portableapps.com.

Though the site linked does offer a USB version it is hard to say if it is portable by PAF standards. Therefore I think its worth it to create a launcher for this so that it can have the other benefits of PortableApps Format such as changing drive paths and upgrades that don't affect your personal data.
