It doesn't seem possible to disable the portableapps splashscreen for toucan. I've created a toucan.ini and added the line:
DisableSplashScreen=true
Yet I still see a splash screen every time I run it. Is it not possible to do this with Toucan?

of the latest development test (available here) there are two ways of doing this, either rename or delete the splash screen file or to pass -h to Toucan on the command line. I will add ini support for this in the next development test.
