I know this has been mentioned before, but now that there's support for freeware, I'd love it if someone could create an installer for Netbeans - I tried setting it up portably myself but I just can't get it to work with Java.
If not Netbeans then some other IDE with support for PHP and Subversion would be nice.

Anyway, Eclipse PHP can do that. I haven't gotten around to subversion support yet
