Hi guys, first post here so if I have posted this in the wrong forums I am greatly sorry. I was reading a blog post about U3 v. PApps.com and in the comments someone said just install portable apps within U3. Is this possible, if so how do I do it? I had to reinstall U3 because I tried using PackageFactory (Wouldn't delete app). Please do not ask why I am using U3. Ok, the main reason is because I would like a launcher that will autorun in Windows 7 and as We all know this (I think) you cant autorun from USB in Windows 7 (I think to prevent viruses with the whole thing of Conficker) and since U3 uses a CD autorun, it by passes this. But I love PApps.com and it would be cool if I didnt have to Go in my drive and start the launcher. Otherwise I would just start the apps my self.
Thanks
You have two solutions.
http://usb.smithtech.us/projects/shortcut_creator.php
Or, you CAN actually create a CD to autorun the PortableApps.com Platform.
I have it installed to my Flash Drive, but the Source Code I made for it is lost.
I'll remake it and post if for you. I prefer my program for this, but SmithTech also made one.
You can find it here.

Or you can wait a day or two for me to post my solution
I'm kinda weary about using the shortcut creator as the PackageFactory thing failed completely. But if this is just creating a shortcut on the launchpad then I will be happy to try it. Has this been tested on Windows 7 though? Then again its made by SmithTech and seems completely portable. How do I use the app?
Thanks for replying
Fan of Windows 7 and Linux. But mainly opensource and PortableApps
