Menu skin and functions

I haven't had the need to use my thumb drive for quite awhile until recently. Now that I have a need for it I decided to break it out and update the software on it. That's where my problem starts.

First, I had this absolutely awesome theme for it that got wiped when I upgraded to the beta. It was a dark gray theme, jagged on the edges and had the Cheshire cat from the game Alice. Not the cartoon cat. This one is kinda goth with tattoos and earings and what not. Now that the theme is gone I cannot find it anywhere online and don't remember where I got it in the first place.

Second,I had a addon or app or something that allowed me to modify the menu. I was able to set up folders on the menu, drag my apps to the folders and the folders would open when I hovered over them. This way I could organize my apps by category kinda like how they are listed for download.

Third, I could set my menu to always be on top so I didn't have to click the tray icon every time I wanted to use it.

There were a few other things too. I just can't remember them all. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about and know how I can set it up that way again.
