Looking for Bookmark Manager to Run on USB Flash Drive

I'm looking for a bookmark manager that I can run from a hardrive on Windows XP on my home computer, and from my USB flash drive, and requiring that nothing be installed on my work computer. The bookmark manager should operated indepentdently from a web browser such has IE 8 or FireFox.

Thanks,

Tom

Why?

It's pretty easy to use the Firefox built-in bookmark manager and be able to import and export them all to a bookmarks.html as needed. Bookmark managers aren't really used as much anymore as browser's built-in bookmark management abilities have improved (and extensions can help do things like find duplicates, update moved pages, etc).

My bookmarks collection is vast.

I use text files to manage my stuff outside the browser. There has to be a better way.

How about this...

Firefox uses a SQLite database to manage your bookmarks. Within that you have a complete hierarchical setup (if you want) as well as the ability to do tags, keywords and descriptions. That's more full-featured than any of the bookmarks managers and certainly more full-featured than text files.

You can still export to a

You can still export to a HTML file though: Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks -> Import and Backup [button menu, not a normal menu] -> Export HTML...
There's a matching "Import HTML..." menu item that re-imports bookmarks from a HTML file.

Online bookmark Managers

At the risk of sounding like a broken record I use an online bookmark manager since it's available anywhere the Internet is sold, plus it's browser independent and I don't have to install anything... (well, not 100% true, I can if I choose install a small bookmarklet).

I use Simpy.

Delicious or Opera Link

I suggest Delicious, an online bookmark manager, I'm using it for years, wonderful, there's even a Firefox plugin or you could use the bookmarklets they've supplied.

Or, you could use Opera's bookmark manager, with Opera Link, you can reach your bookmarks even from a different browser through the online interface.
