Portable App and Internet

Hi,

I have a portable application on a USB stick.

I would like to ensure that the this application cannot access the Internet on any machine that I use. Please can you tell me how I can achieve this aim.

You can't

You just can't do things like that without administrative privileges, and even then it requires special (non-portable) firewall software. Anyway, why would you?
