[Fixed] AbiWord: 2.8.2 leaves files

If I have a dictionary installed, opening a document creates these files, which are left behind on exit.

%APPDATA%\enchant\
%APPDATA%\enchant\*.dic
%APPDATA%\enchant\*.exc

XP SP2 (Admin)

Since 2.6.8

I cant install plugins at all. The folder used to be named AbiWordPortable\App\AbiSuite2\AbiWord but now it is PortableApps\AbiWordPortable\App\AbiWord and so plugins/addons cant be installed easily.

Switched

We switched the paths when AbiWord dumped the plugin installers and made it part of the main AbiWord installer (since no compatibility is needed). Did they start doing plugin installers again?

ok

I didn't know that. I only saw the old plugin installers from 2006 linked on their page.

?

Just extract the *.hash file anywhere then move it to App\AbiWord\dictionary. Seems to be fine, except for leaving the files.
