So, ... I'm a HUGE fan of PortableApps.com but, there is one thing that I really would like to see.
When I plug my USB in, PA Menu launches automatically but then it stops there. I run Pidgin, Thunderbird, An anti-virus program, and usually YahElite right away. My question is:
Is there an .exe program that if I click on it after setting my options, will auto launch several of the programs from my PA USB?
Or even better, is there a way to make programs on my PA USB launch at the same time as my PA Menu does??
This'd come in EXTREMELY handy for "on the fly" use.
Please keep me posted on similar programs or what have you.

Just right-click and check off Start Automatically. Done and done. Works with PA.c Platform 1.6 and higher.

John I found that feature awesome because I like to open PNotes right off and use it sort of as a clipboard. Is there a way to hokk it so that the PA menu stays up when it launches a program on start up?
In other words have it load my PNOtes but not minimize my menu?

The most you can do is set it to remain visible so you have to click to show and hide it. This is a little wonky in 1.6 but being fixed by 1.6.1 today. It's already fixed in 2.0 Beta 4.

This thread is null and void now because I've figured out that 2.0 B5 is KICKASS!!
The only issue I have with it thus far is the themes all have little hot-pink corners on the edges of the App Menu, but I'm sure that will go away with further development.
As far as the Autorun file's inability to actually auto launch PAS, ... well simply put, that's a MicroSHAFT thing. Stupid effing OS keeps Autorun from fully launching the PAS but that's okay.
Best thing about 2.0 B5 is that it has an app updater integrated into the menu options!! BRILLIANT I TELL YOU!! Now if it could update all the portable apps I have on it that are not PA provided. - lol But whatever, ... most of my apps are from PA so it's just fine.
