I've been trying to load chrome and firefox onto a thumb drive.
Every time I try, it says that it cannot be completed, then gives the path that its going to (which is the correct path), and then this message...
"Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed"
Help would be much appreciated. This error occurs with more than one thumb drive.

I suspect a hardware issue.
If you've tried more than one thumb drive, you should try more than one USB port (front/back/whatever), and more than one computer.
You could try extracting the files to a computer's local drive, then copying the whole thing to the thumb drive instead of trying to extract directly to the thumb drive.
