That's leaving the registry plugin and $PLUGINSDIR behind. Observing the PendingFileRenameOperations, I decoded the hex - it's indicating that that file and folder will be deleted on the next reboot. Not sure if that was done by NSIS or with /REBOOTOK, but it's not how it should be. It needs a ${registry::Unload} at the end of the script.
