Trojan infection

When trying to install Portable Apps Platform 1.6.1 my McAfee on access scanner gives a VirusScan Alert saying that the application files contain an Artemis!9A090B785DE0 trojan infection. This causes the Portable Apps .exe file to be deleted from my system. Ths installation program was downloaded following your download links (SourceForge).

McAfee has a ton of false

McAfee has a ton of false positives, they tend to get a little overzealous in detecting viruses. A little over a month ago, they detected a Windows system file as being corrupted and crashed millions of XP workstations.

False Positive

That would be a false positive in McAfee's Artemis system. It's happened before. Please report the issue to McAfee for them to fix again.
