I am almost finished with my BumpTop Portable edition, and just need to deal with the registry settings.
Here's what I got from regfromapp portable:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap]
"UNCAsIntranet"=dword:00000000
"AutoDetect"=dword:00000001
This should be in a .reg file, am I correct?
Also, where would I put this file and how would I direct the launcher to this registry file?

I am not quite sure, but I think this registry entry shouldn't be dealt with as AFAIK it's created by Windows and not the App itself and doesn't even seem to be specific to this app.

If you look in the PortableApps.com Launcher manual, you'll find those keys are in the list of keys to ignore. Because you're using the PortableApps.com Launcher, you should just read the registry topic page. It covers just about everything. (I've also got some significant improvements for it, but they're only available in the source form, Other\Source\Manual\topics\registry.rst in a revision from the last few days, not in any build or online yet.)

I have read the manual, I was just double checking.
Only problem is now I don't know how to handle the registry.
I need to know how to point the launcher to the registry file and need to know where the registry file should be.

You say that you have read the manual, and all the info that you need is definitely in there, so presumably you're having a specific problem.
Could you be more clear as to what it is that you're having difficulty finding/understanding from the manual, so that we can possibly help you, since, at the moment, the best answer to your question would be simply to refer you to the manual or copy/paste it here, which wouldn't help since you've already tried that.
I have read the manual, however I have not seen a section that talks about handling the registry. Could you please include the URL so I can make sure I have read the correct document?

On the How to Handle line, click on Dealing with the registry which will take you to a page with details of what keys to look out for, and how the registry is structured, and after that, it has links to the detail sections on the launcher ini sections [RegistryKeys], [RegistryValueWrite], [RegistryCleanupIfEmpty], [RegistryCleanupForce] and [RegistryValueBackupDelete].
Usually, you would use the first of these, and the page for it can be found at <drive>:\PortableApps\PortableApps.comLauncher\App\Manual\ref\launcher.ini\registry.html#ini-section-[RegistryKeys]

glad that you're making progress on this. For future note, it is often easier to demark files that you're including if you put the contents inside a pair of <pre> and </pre> tags, making it look like this
On to the content itself....
In launcher.ini, you're activating the registry plugin, but you don't appear to have any registry handling sections, which means that it won't actually do anything with the registry (as I understand it).
The drive letter replace that you are doing also seems to be unneeded, since the drive letter doesn't appear anywhere in the file that you are telling it to process?
In the registry file that you show, none of the keys you list are actually anything to do with your application. Several of them are in the "keys to ignore" list in the launcher's manual, but all of them appear to be windows OS-level keys rather than application specific ones, and as such you probably shouldn't be handling them - especially the crypto seed value. Messing with that could actually reduce the security of your computer.

As this is an explorer program,I thought it would need the above keys, which it does seem to need. I did look over and eliminate keys which were in the list, and I thought these keys were sort of un-needed but I have included them to see what it does and it worked absolutely seamlessly, so I will leave them, for now and wait to see if there are any problems with anything, specifically in customization, settings etc. However it seems to store its settings in a file in the programs root directory in xml format, so I don't think I will experience problems.
As for the launcher file...
I just sorta stole it off the 7-zip tutorial
However as I said it does work fine, so unless there is something really wrong, i would prefer to leave it (sorry if that sounds nasty). I hope your project works it self out if you get what I mean
