AbiWord can open ODT files and it's the smallest app I know of that can.

It dose not include the graphical title.
There's a bug around the embedding of certain images within AbiWord's OD plugin. I saw it discussed on the AbiWord developer mailing list. Check in over on AbiWord's site for more info.
There are NO other portable apps that will handle ODTs that I know of... well, other than OpenOffice.org Portable which would be too big.

It would work in MS word when I converted it, but not in AbiWod.......
