Only the splash screen appears. FF does not work because the execution file in the folder Portable software\Firefox\FirefoxPortable\App\Firefox does not work.

Packaging must have gone wrong, the download is only 491.3 KB in size.
The installer works, but every file under the App\Firefox folder is 0 bytes in size.
Our automated build routine got a bad download from one of Mozilla's download mirrors. Sadly, we don't know which so we can't report the issue to them.
The fixed version has been uploaded to SourceForge and is being copied out to the download mirrors now. It should be available shortly. The proper version is 10,349KB and has an MD5 sum of 0ea47213d93bd228d166d760c46c0784.
