I want to customize the Launcher application (PortableAppsPlatform.exe).
Can someone please tell me:
1. The link to the page where I can download the source?
2. The setup I need for my development environment - compilers and any libraries needed?

I dont know about the setup you need but the source is here on the download page of the Suite under "Download Details". You can find all the source codes linked to from the App's pages.

the menu is written in Delphi, and last time I heard, its Delphi 2006. I remember reading some time ago that some people were having trouble compiling with free compilers, but I personally have never tried.
