I noticed that the Update function has been removed from the new version. I still needed to update so I started looking through the help file. Reading it, I noticed that you can check the "Modified time", but according to the help file, even if the destination file is newer, it still gets overwritten. So my question is how do you perform an "update" without overwriting files that are newer in the destination than the source folder?

to me that the documentation is wrong. Update should be properly replaced by the modified time check.
I think either the documentation is wrong, or I'm just reading it wrong. Maybe you could take a look at and read it as if you're trying to figure out how to perform an update. The conflict arises between the description and the table.
