There is one specific computer in which only Toucan 3.0.0 works. I just click enter and nothing happens. When I open the internal app\Toucan\toucan.exe directly, I get:

I've tried renaming folders and re-installing but nothing helped. Only re-installing 3.0.0 worked. I bet it's something regarding dependencies which didn't exist in 3.0.0.
Please make it as independent as 3.0.0.
When I run Toucan 3.0.1, just nothing happens. There is no message. But the event viewer on my Windows XP SP3 shows me 3 errors:

I hope this information is useful to solve the problem.
for the feedback, it should be very useful in trying to straighten this out. Oddly the only thing that changed between the two versions was the fact that the DLLs were no longer compressed in 3.0.1 as they conflicted with a number of anti-virus scanners.
Which is said to also be fixing other problems.
