[Fixed] PChat crashes when transparent background is turned on

As is mentioned in the subject, when I turn on transparent background, PChat crashes & I end up having to either delete the pchat.conf or modify it so I can get access to PChat.

not really a bug more or less an incompatibility with the win32 platform, this was noted before on my site, next version will have it disabled in the next 1.2 release that I am working on.
