Hide to systray is not working properly

Hi,
I am using Portable apps version 2.0 beta 5 Pre 2 on windows 7 with SP1.
I update to this beta version because of update possibility and its working fine for me.

But I found another small bug, always I use portable apps and select application to run or I minimize to system tray, application stays in task bar

Its possible to set up in configuration that it should minimize to tray icon like previous versions? I simply dont want to have Portable Apps in taskbar.
