Sorry, no you can't because:
1. Thinapp is commercial software (not free)
2. All applications here must be made portable using the same specifications.
You can request applications to be made portable if you don't have the knowledge to do it yourself but note that PortableApps developers do not guarantee to accept your request, and absolutely will not develop/release any software that may be deemed illegal.
A legal problem, as far as I know you can't freely give away (distribute) a copy of Thinapp. I could be wrong, somebody please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Problem number one : ThinApp costs around $5,000 for a single user licence, so it is usually assumed that there is no way that anyone here has actually purchased it for their own personal home use, which would mean that it was an illegal copy, which would be breaking the law, and this site refuses to get involved in illegal activities and illegal software distribution.
Problem number two : The licence of ThinApp, specifically the conditions under which legal licence-holders of ThinApp (people who have paid for it) may redistribute software, sadly violate the conditions of the GPL, which means that it is never legal to redistribute GPL licenced software which was made portable with ThinApp. Since most of the software here is GPL licenced, ThinApp isn't considered a useful tool.

Hope that is clearer
i can use it for 60 days
and there are some very clear restrictions on evaluation use, one of which is that you cannot redistribute packages that you make using it.
I don't recall whether you are allowed to keep any packages you make for personal use after the 60 day period, but I suspect not.
