It says it runs from wherever you copy it, so portablisation should not be necessary?

I went up to the website and took a look since this type of software would be useful to me (I'm an engineer).
You can download a Demo but the full version of the program is Commercial and for purchase. This would mean that it's not a viable candidate for PortableApps.
I get the same thing. This means that you will have to develop and publish a version yourself, as PortableApps.com doesn't allow commercial apps to be published, only freeware (approved by the publisher) and open source.

Since a long time ago DER_PROZESS 5.0 (the actual and latest version) is freeware.
For everybody. Without commercials. Without tricks.
What you download is the full version.
Hope everybody who needs DER_PROZESS find it usefull
