Does anyone know of a good spyware/adware free portable p2p client? i have tried i couple but the installs annoy me.

you can also try utorrent at www.utorrent.com it is very small and uses very few resources if you are looking for a bittorrent client.
unfortunateley after reading the faq for utorrent is seems i cannot use it because i use bitdefender, thanks anyway
