Trying to Portablelize a App for a Developer and Lost

I am trying to Portable a app for a developer and I tried the launcher but that didn't do it. The app install items in Microsoft Shared but I am completely lost on the registry entries and things like that. Can someone take a look at the app and tell me what I can do?

Probably best to start off with telling us what the app is?

Things have got to get better, they can't get worse, or can they?

Its a very specialized app

Its a very specialized app for a program JBQ. It is a electronic scorekeeping application that needs a laptop for each instance of it. What we would like to do is make it run from USB stick portable so people can bring there laptops and nothing gets loaded on them.
