Hello,
I would like to know if there is any possibility to get firefox to use always the USB key path for downloads, no matter the drive letter is ?
I tried to change the "browser.download.dir" field in about:config to "." or "../.." but it doesn't seem to take any relative path, only absolute.
Thank you to those who will take the time to answer.
PS : Sorry for my english.

since once you download something to a certain folder on your stick it will keep downloading all to that place until you change the destination.

All those values go into a file in the profile called prefs.js; the launcher then updates the drive letter in it, so that it will continue to work from different drive letters.

Thank you, my mistake, I should have try to do it before asking. The "think first, then act" thing doesn't work in all cases :).
Problem solved.
