Google Chrome Portable - Flash buttons are not working

I'm using the version 5.0.375.99.

I'm using Google Chrome for Facebook. I can successfully start playing Facebook videos. But as soon as the video starts, I can't click pause button, can't seek video position, and can't adjust volume. None of the buttons are working.

How can I solve this?
What do you guys experience, do you have the same problem?

I just assume

that this is caused by some incompatibility between the version of flash the videos were created and the flash player version you are trying to play it.
Probably nothing to do with the browser at all.

So, how do we fix it?

it is the flash

itself containing this, so it has not much to do with the browser directly.
Maximum you can do is take care that you have the current flash version installed and if it does not work then, the flash version or what ever tool was used to create the video in that web page is not compatible. This might be fixed by the author of the video probably.

What format have those videos? Are they flash at all? Or some other proprietary software needed?
