its beggarware as that link states so obviously. it looks interesting but there are better FOSS alternitives that will actualy take the audio and make subtitles for you.
Perhaps more importantly it looks like it uses .Net, and we all know how contentious of an issue that is. Sorry, this one is unlikely to be made portable at this time.
