Hi,
If I "install" PF to a folder on my local hard disk, PF works, but if I move that installation to a folder on my external USB hard disk, it crashes out with an illegal operation error and then prompts to send the crash log to Microsoft - you know the dialog! Anyway of fixing this? I'd like to make it truly portable and have just one installation for PF!

Does Firerfox crash or does the launcher?

Sorry for being a bit stupid - how do I tell if it's firefox or the launcher?
