BPBible Portable crashes when opened

BPBible Portable crashes when opened

I used to love using BPBible. But, just recently, when I go to open the application, it loads for a while and then stops. Windows condesends to tell me it is looking for my problem. Really? Has Windows ever presented me a solution to a problem? Ah... no.

I've tried several clean installs and even went back a version. Just doesn't want to play. Any ideas, Folks?

Questions:
  • What version of Windows are you using?
  • Do you have any anti-something software installed?
  • Have you installed any software recently?
  • Or any hardware - or any notable configuration changes?
  • Have you tried installing it to a different disk (to rule out possible disk corruption)?
