Install latest flash player!?

Hi,

I'd like to install the latest flash player version. Unfortunately, the XPI file on the macromedia server is one from mid 2009.
And I don't want to install this strange Adobe DLM Plugin just for the Flash Player.

So, is there any way to get the latest flash player for the latest portable firefox?

Simply: copy it from your local installation to plugin folder on the stick
