0.3 line

In my opinion, having played both, 0.1.3 isn't really worth while doing: I'd do 0.3.1 instead; it's heaps better, having a whole extra world. I've found bugs in both, but the worse crashing bugs I've found were in 0.1.3; apart from one particular situation my saved state got into once (can't remember what it was though) I've found 0.3.1 to be more stable.

oh

I just downloaded what was on the homepage. I didn't even notice 0.3.1. I can do that.

problem

I downloaded the latest dev release (0.3.3) and tried to run it on my PC. You know what happened? You guessed it--it didn't work.

I'll just wait for it to go official then.

0.3.3b

Did you try 0.3.3b? It seems to work better on my test machine than 0.1.3 does.

Works well

Tried it on Windows 8. It's fun and I haven't noticed any serious bugs besides one: after beating a level and returning to the world view, if you exit via clicking the X button on the window it crashes, but clicking it at any other time will close the game fine, but bringing up the ESC menu to close the game works without issues. http://screenshooter.net/5313111/vixsxvk

I'll push another dev test when I have time.

SuperTux 0.3.3 Portable Dev Test 1 = problem.

I have problem with video settings.
I have a Nvidia video card, 1920x1080.
Windows 8 x64 Pro

(Inside SuperTux 0.3.3 Portable Dev Test 1) = It dont keep the videomode settings. When i quit the game, and after restart the game = did it's a portable settings that not keep the configuration ?

Sometime black screen on "fullscreen, and windowed screen".

Not have this problem with the old version of SuperTux = November 7, 2010: Initial Release.

Where is the splashscreen Dev Test release ? It must be displayed when it's a Dev Test Release.

P.S. did you can include a complete default settings file ?

Bug with SuperTux

I too have an Nvidia graphics card and 1920x1080 resolution and win8 pro x64 and also experience the issue with the screen being black but it only occurs when I go full screen. In windowed mode it shows up fine. The game creates its own default settings as well so there's no need to add it in the portable version.

Nvidia Windows 8

I thought I read recently that Nvidia's Windows 8 drivers are buggy and have been causing issues in multiple games, in which case we can simply ignore this issue.
