Chandler's last release was a year and a half ago. I believe the project was then discontinued and the development team moved onto other things (which is a shame because the project originally had a lot of potential). As this is an email client, security is an issue and having an active team to monitor security bugs and release patches is important. Thus, I don't think we can consider this app for official release.
