Music Player to Sync With iPod

Hello forums,
I'm looking for the best portable music player that can sync with an ipod. It doesn't have to be the best or most beautiful, I just need something that is small and syncs. What would people suggest?

Floola

Not beautiful but it works and AFAIK, it's portable.

There are other options (like Yamipod) but this is the most stable in my opinion.

Floola... hmm...

Someone should really make this a portable app to add to portableapps.com. Just saying.

Caution

I recommend reading through the documentation and guides before attempting a sync. I jumped into using SharePod as it seemed pretty straight forward and I have an IT background. The outcome from an iPod backup was it removed all the songs from the device. My brother was not happy.

I have no doubt that SharePod works. It's a very popular and well reviewed application. Just a cautionary tale to remind you that even with a the technical background you'll want to read the documentation and read the screens as you go through the processes.

Good luck Smile

Agreed

I echo the sentiment, I think Floola does something similar. In short, these apps are not written by Apple, nor are they supported by Apple. In fact Apple tries very hard to make sure these apps do not exist. As such, there can be problems; be prepared to lose your music. Have a backup plan in place.
