I have see [Illegal Site] make updates much faster, when a new browser version comming out then can i find on same day the portable version on [Illegal Site] blog and here only after many days...
Bernat works alone and here on PortableApps are many more dev's, is a little unlogical...
Are [Illegal Site]'s portable app's not good or why can he bring faster updates out?

Please refrain from promoting illegal software sites here. We only deal in legitimate software. The site you referenced deals with illegal software, has stolen and modified our software, does not test their releases and often has numerous portability bugs. Generally, downloads are dealt with relatively quickly with take-down notices to the sites providing the illegal downloads. It appears they have switched download services again, so the takedowns are probably taking longer.
Unlike illegal sites, we host the code for all software we distribute and test our releases to ensure they work on multiple versions of Windows as well as on limited and guest accounts. We also add additional portablization and other features to new releases on a regular basis. And we keep both our releases and the underlying source code available for years (6 years and counting now).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
The [Illegal Site] may put things out quicker, but the applications released by PortableApps.com are tested and verified that they work, have digital signatures protecting them from tampering, and are 100% legal.
Many of the packages from [Illegal Site] are illegal repackaging of closed source and commercial applications, or, in the case of Firefox, are illegal because they don't have permission to use the trademarked name.

aha [removed] is faster because he bring app's out without testing this...
on the blog stay this "Tested on Windows XP Pro SP3 and Windows 7"
i use only two apps from [removed]'s blog(Flock and Digsby), but works very fine.
i also don't like warez, but on [removed]'s blog is 50% freeware.
thanks for answer and stay easy
Maybe Bernat doesn't have a real job so he can sit there all day making portable apps. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the developers here do have real jobs (or other real-world commitments) and so they cannot dedicate their time entirely to PortableApps.com
Again, please do not discuss illegal sites or software here on PortableApps.com. Both of the apps you refer to include software and code stolen from PortableApps.com as well as being illegal packages of the apps you mentioned as they are repackaged without permission (a license and copyright violation). Every single release on that site is illegal.

that the guy is a member of PortableApps.com, or at the very least, checks in daily to check out the latest news.
I also think he rips off apps not just from official releases, but also from the beta forums and puts it on his site as well.
hmmmm.... maybe it's you
Seriously though, I don't get why someone would want to do that. Why not just promote this site, instead of duplicating everything?
It amazes me that on the internet you can be anything you want, and yet so many people still choose to be idiots.
maybe he stohlen any apps but reality is other...
he brings new browser version on the same day out, and here we wait for browser update 3-7 days. so is not possible that he post portableapps.com relases as own work.
i don't like warez but he works faster the dev's here.
stay easy
His launcher and installer is the code from here illegally modified to claim he wrote it. So everything he releases is illegal. So, yes, it's our work, stolen and claimed as his own. Updating an app is very easy (swap the old binaries for the new) but we also do 16x as many languages for many apps, also release the source code, test and verify that upgrades work properly and ensure that new versions don't introduce bits that may be left behind.
So again, discussing illegal software sites is not permitted here. As such, I am locking this topic.
