I'm a Chinese user.
PA.c is very good software,many Chinese use this software.
But,PA.c don't have support forum for Chinese users,now.Many users want to be able to have the Chinese language support, such as how to create PortableApps description,FAQs...and more.

Right now this site is only english with some incomplete german pages.
A better translation support is planned according to John T. Haller.

I speak Mandarin, and may be to help translate site from English, but who do I send translated page to?
Probably because the current development team doesn't have any fluent Chinese speakers (I don't know that for sure). However, PortableApps is always looking to expand its user-base, and usability and so if it is justified (sufficient number of users) and people willing to help, I'm sure Chinese resources could be incorporated into the site.
Get involved, do some translations and I'm sure PortableApps can start to build up resources in Chinese.
I'm not a developer btw, and I don't want to speak on their behalf but I do know that PortableApps encourages active involvement.
Well, hoping to launch Chinese sites, and guide.
