Greetings from a n00b.
I found a trojan in Foxit Reader Portable, the latest version. It is trojan.IRCBot-3427
and it is in two files.
The first is--- x:\PortableApps\FoxitReaderPortable\App\Foxit Reader\Foxit Reader [Removed - illegal site - mod Chris]
The second is--- x:\PortableApps\FoxitReaderPortable\App\Foxit Reader\Foxit Reader.exe
This is the only site I have downloaded portable apps from, so I fairly sure it came from here. ClamWin found it and I deleted both files and replaced the exe file with the one from my desktop. All is well here.

I just downloaded FoxitReaderPortable version 4.2 from here (sourceforge) and scanned the installer and an installed version (from the installer), using F-Secure, Malwarebytes and ClamWinPortable. All came back clean, no trojan found. Your infection came from elsewhere.

[Bad site] is one of the biggest prtable apps sites, but 90% is warez and on many apps have trojans, not with keyloggers but with kiddy mission(tpping endless letters, so you mean your keyboard is destroyed
)
This site have also much legal portable software like sPlayer, universalextractor, and big assortment of chinas and russian player
I thought we couldn't promote illegal software? And trojans? Why is this still here?
